Are you a warm, enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner who believes that the earliest years lay the foundation for a lifetime of learning?
We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and nurturing Early Years setting in Berkhamsted, where children are encouraged to explore, grow and thrive in a safe, stimulating and caring environment.

✨ The Role

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting children’s learning and development during their most formative years. You will work closely with a committed team to deliver high-quality early education that supports children’s emotional, social and academic development.
You will:

• Create a safe, inclusive and inspiring learning environment
• Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
• Support children in developing confidence, independence and positive behaviour
• Observe, assess and record children’s progress to help them reach their full potential
• Promote strong moral values, kindness and respect from an early age

✅ The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare
• Has a passion for Early Years education and child development
• Sets clear boundaries and maintains high expectations in a nurturing way
• Is a strong team player, proactive and reflective in their practice
• Has excellent communication skills and a caring, patient approach
• Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
